Because our clients have varying requirements, and want to move their businesses forward at different speeds, we have found that the most helpful approach is to provide a basic fee quote and then to give the option of selecting a more "hands-on". Therefore, our fee quotes to business clients include the option to upgrade to one of the following Service Levels:
| BRONZE SERVICE LEVEL | Pre-year-end tax planning review and email report - desktop review plus phone and email, but no formal meeting | | SILVER SERVICE LEVEL | The above plus: Annual meeting with you to review future business prospects and outline financial projections. Plus email summary of meeting results, but no formal written Report | | GOLD SERVICE LEVEL | All the above plus: Preparation of annual written report containing your Business Plan and Financial Projections - you annual "Bible". | Note: The Silver and particularly the Gold service levels represent an exceptional level of service. These higher Service Levels are optional, and should only be considered for those clients who are serious about the growth of their business and who welcome a very close working relationship with their accountant. Don't forget, our basic service is already superior to many firms of accountants as all our fee quotes include Unlimited Ad Hoc Queries.
